About these terms

These terms govern your use of amiheadshot.com, operated under the name AmiHeadshot ("we"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

An account needs an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens through your account. You can change your email or password, or delete your account, from the account settings page.

Photos you upload

Upload only photos of yourself, or of a person who has explicitly agreed to this processing. Do not upload photos of public figures, of people who have not consented, or of anyone under 16. Do not upload images you have no right to use. We remove content and accounts that break these rules.

Orders, payment and delivery

Each image costs $2.99, paid once per order through our payment provider. There is no subscription. Delivery is digital: every image comes as three files — the original PNG, a LinkedIn circle crop and a transparent-background copy — and stays downloadable for 90 days after purchase.

Redos and refunds

Every image includes two redos — one click regenerates it with a new take. If both redos are used and you are still not satisfied, email us and we will swap the headshot for another style of equal value. Because generation starts immediately and costs are incurred per image, completed orders are not refunded; payment disputes are handled through the payment provider's process.

Using your headshots

You can use the images you generate for personal and professional profiles: LinkedIn, company directories, business cards, speaker pages. Reselling the images themselves is not included. The images are AI-generated; whether and how they qualify as protected works follows your local law.

Service limits

Order creation is limited to five orders per hour per network. Features and limits may change as the service develops; the current limits are always the ones shown on this site.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not promise that any generated image suits a particular purpose — that judgment stays with you. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page changes with each update. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
