Privacy Policy

What we collect

To generate your headshots, we receive the photo (or photos, up to five) you upload, the images generated from them, and order metadata: timestamps, language, image count and the amount paid. If you create an account, we also store your email address, your password saved only as a salted hash, and the orders linked to your account.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, and you can delete them yourself at any time from the studio page. Paid downloads stay available for 90 days after purchase, then the files are removed. Deleting your account removes your photos immediately, logs out all sessions, and anonymizes your order records; the financial records required for payment processing are kept.

How your photo is processed

Your photo is sent to our generation provider (fal.ai) together with the reference image of the style you picked — that is what produces the headshot. If you download the transparent-background copy, the finished image is sent to the same provider once more to remove the background. Your photo goes nowhere else.

Biometric information (BIPA notice)

A photograph of a face contains biometric identifiers. We collect it only after you check the consent box on the studio page, use it solely to generate your own headshots, and do not sell, rent or disclose it. Retention and deletion follow the schedule above. If you are an Illinois resident and have questions about your rights under the Biometric Information Privacy Act, contact us before uploading.

AI processing and model training

Generation runs through third-party model providers. We do not use your photos to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Dodo Payments). Your email address is shared with it to deliver receipts and handle disputes. Your card details never reach us.

What we never do

We do not run ads. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not track you across other websites.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores your login session and your in-progress order in your browser's local storage. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can delete your photo yourself from the studio page, and delete your account with all its data from the account settings page — no email needed. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to processing. If you are a California resident, you may request disclosure of the personal information we hold and ask for its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below; we answer within 30 days.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 16. Do not upload photos of children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Changes that materially reduce your protections are announced on the site before they take effect.
